Vensale is committed to getting your orders to you quickly, safely, and reliably. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and procedures governing delivery of products purchased through vensale.app or our mobile application.
By placing an order on Vensale, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Bulky or oversize items may attract additional charges clearly shown at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with a tracking number and link to track your order in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on vensale.app and navigating to 'My Orders'.
If you do not receive a dispatch notification within 48 hours of your order being confirmed, please contact us at info@vensale.app.
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address, they will:
If the item is not collected or re-delivery cannot be arranged, it will be returned to our fulfilment centre. A re-delivery fee will apply for resending the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or photograph the damage immediately and contact info@vensale.app within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 4 business days or shows an unexpected status, please contact us. We will open an investigation with our logistics partner. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days of confirmation.
Vensale is not liable for delivery failures due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact info@vensale.app immediately. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Vensale will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to fuel scarcity, road closures, civil unrest, flooding, or other natural events affecting logistics in Nigeria. In such cases, we will communicate with affected customers as promptly as possible.
