Vensale offers a range of secure, locally relevant payment options to make shopping convenient for all our customers across Nigeria. All payments are processed through licensed, encrypted payment gateways.
We accept all major cards issued by Nigerian and international banks:
Payment is collected in full at the time of order placement. By submitting an order, you authorise Vensale to charge the provided payment method for the total amount including the product price, applicable VAT, and delivery fees.
Payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (โฆ). For internationally-issued cards, your bank will convert to Naira at the prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from Vensale's listed prices.
All product prices on vensale.app are displayed inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate mandated by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) of Nigeria. A tax breakdown is displayed in your cart and on your order invoice.
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email within 5โ10 minutes. The confirmation includes your order number, itemised products, amounts paid, and estimated delivery timeline.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder. If still absent, contact info@vensale.app or call our support line before re-placing your order, to avoid duplicate charges.
If your payment is declined, you will be notified immediately at checkout. Common causes include:
We recommend enabling your card for online transactions via your bank's app, or contacting your bank if the issue persists. Your order will be held for 24 hours while you resolve the issue.
Vensale employs advanced fraud detection to protect customers and our platform. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for additional verification. We may request government-issued ID or OTP verification for high-value or unusual orders.
Any orders confirmed as fraudulent will be cancelled and reported to relevant Nigerian authorities including the EFCC and NITDA as appropriate.

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact info@vensale.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing disputes within 5 business days.
Note: initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving genuine payment issues fairly and promptly.
